ABC has announced that A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will air twice in 2012: Wednesday, November 21 (the day before Thanksgiving) and Thursday, November 22 (Thanksgiving day itself). The special will air from 8:00 - 9:00 PM (Eastern/Pacific time) both nights.
The hour-long time slot means A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will be shown uncut, together with an abbreviated version of This is America, Charlie Brown: The Mayflower Voyagers.

Glad to see this on as always. Wasn't it opposed by "Happiness is a Warm Blanket" last year?
Yes, in 2011, "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" and "Happiness is a Warm Blanket" aired at the same time on different channels. But so far, I haven't heard anything about "Happiness is a Warm Blanket" airing again in 2012.

FOX has announced that they will be showing "Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown" again in 2012, but thankfully this year it will not be on at the same time as "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving." "Happiness is a Warm Blanket" will air Friday, November 23 (the day after Thanksgiving) from 8-9 PM (Eastern/Pacific).
